The service was impeccable. The team working hard to prepare the meal. Overall the tasting menu had a few sashimi/ raw fish items. While I'm sure the seafood was fresh and delicious, what I found missing was the additional flavors from the other ingredients. The two pasta dishes were delicious. The next day, I remember the souffles the most and forgot what I have had earlier.

A very impressive experience at a similarly impressive price. We had the 7 course tasting menu. All the dishes were exquisitely presented with some very interesting contrast of textures and flavours a lot which we also plant and flower based. There was a “garden”, an excellent ravioli with gamberi and amberjack in a clay mold. Overall all very innovative. All were fish based with a lot of crudi except obviously the desserts. The only criticism is that for some of the dishes it wasn’t obvious that the combination of flavors really made sense or at least were lacking in the wow factor. We’ve done a lot of michelin star places some are amazing across the board some are disappointing and this falls in between on the food side. The wine list was very good and to be fair reasonably priced. We had a fine bottle of Carricante for 80 euros. Overall no regrets for going, it is pricey so a little disappointed it didn’t quite live up to elevated expectations despite the immaculate and innovative presentations of the dishes. We won’t rush back but neither will we rule it out when the wallet recovers.
